How it works

You,and three other owners, buy a yacht. Let's assume the yacht costs $10,000,000 to purchase.
You pay $2,500,000 each. (25%).
You share the yacht, each having use of it for 3 months of the year.
After 5 years the yacht is sold.
You will receive 25% of the resale value back.
